Sitting Room

This huge room (9.5m x 4.5m) is immediately above the kitchen/dining room, with 7 sofas there is plenty of comfortable seating for everyone and it has some great views down to the river. A large wood burning stove (some logs and kindling are provided for your first fire and are just outside in the porch), creating a lovely ambience during winter breaks and can be completely enclosed with the fireguard when in use.

There is a 55″ flat screen TV with DVD player and a Sky package which includes movie channels and entertainment. There is access through the porch to the area where wood id kept in the winter.
