The Shippon is open all year.
All new bookings from March 2023 will now include bed linen, bathroom towel and household electricity (including heating in the winter months). Prices include VAT at the standard rate.
Car charging costs are excluded (see terms and conditions).
HOT TUBS
From March 2023 all new bookings will need to select whether they would like to use the hot tubs or not. Should you wish to then you will then be charged a contribution towards the running costs due to the huge increases in electricity prices that we are all facing. Please don’t forget to select them when you book otherwise they will not be warm when you arrive!
Short breaks of 3 nights are available outside of main school holidays in low and mid season.

New booking terms and conditions from 8th January 2021
Understandably everyone is apprehensive about committing to reserving a property due to the recent Covid 19 pandemic.
With this in mind we now offer flexible terms and conditions should you need to cancel due to Covid 19 national or local lockdowns prohibiting the booking lead (named main contact on the booking form) from staying in their booked accommodation.
Please read our terms and conditions carefully before you book and please note that the refund guarantee does NOT cover guests for falling ill with Covid 19 (or any other illness), for a requirement to self-isolate or quarantine, or for a Track & Trace alert preventing them from travelling. Those situations can all be covered by taking out suitable travel insurance which we really encourage you to take out for your WHOLE group, not just the named booking lead.
Bookings made before December 2020 are exclusive of electricity (electricity is not included in the price, you will instead pay for what you use and will be charged per unit used during your stay, payable before you leave.) We will give you a budget which will be based on the previous years usage so you know what to expect. A long weekend in the Spring/Autumn is approximately £110, inclusive of hot tubs electricity.
